Colmore Partners is a UK Best Workplace for second year in a row
Midlands-based financial planning business, Colmore Partners has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Financial Services and Insurance™.
The organisation was named by Great Place To Work® UK among the 2024 list of organisations in the ‘Small & Medium’ category.
It’s the second time Colmore Partners has gained recognition, after it made its way on to the Best Workplaces™ list in 2023. On both occasions, the accolade has been given due to the organisation’s culture, as well as the strength of its internal communication, integrity and the behaviour of the leadership team.
Great Place To Work® UK determines the Best Workplaces™ list through anonymous employee surveys covering work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security.
According to the survey, 92% of Colmore Partners’ employees say it is a great place to work, compared to 54% of employees at a typical company.
