Colmore Partners named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance™ 2025
Colmore Partners has been recognised for the third year running as one of the 2025 UK’s Best Workplaces in Financial Services and Insurance™ (in the Small & Medium size category) by Great Place to Work® UK.
The award is based on an anonymous employee engagement survey, which measures how organisations support employees’ work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security.
This year’s survey found that:
